NMESSN - Overview

The National Municipal ESS Network exists with the purpose of enabling the sharing of lessons learned among ESS responders from different jurisdictions and municipalities, to facilitate the collaborative development of better practices, and to provide a structure to identify and share emergent issues related to ESS. The intent is to advise, support, recommend and provide timely tools and resources to other interested municipal, provincial, and federal level organizations on the best practices of emergency social services.
